Senior Trial Attorney

Location: Lakewood, CO

Direct hire, In Office

Compensation: $110,000-$140,000 base + bonus

What You'll Do

Drive litigation from intake through resolution, including discovery, negotiations, trial, and appeals.

Draft clear, compelling legal documents and conduct thorough research.

Keep clients informed and engaged throughout the process.

Represent clients in meetings and hearings.

Contribute to firm growth through networking and relationship-building.

What We're Looking For

Licensed to practice in Colorado.

5+ years of trial experience or strong insurance defense background.

Exceptional writing, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office; experience with legal management tools is a plus.

Portable book of business? Even better.
